I’ll never forget the day when my father received news that he had developed high cholesterol. It was devastating—for a short period! Instead of settling with such a health condition, he decided to change his situation by beginning to run. Because of him, my entire immediately family now incorporates this lifestyle of running long distance with smiles. Since 1999, we have run over 120 marathons as a collective!
This passion I have for running, hiking, and other physical activities is something that I want everyone to be able to experience. Unfortunately, for most people, a life dedicated to physical activities can be very intimidating.
